    You should throw away any trailing spaces and/or partial characters found while decoding.

    이게 무슨 의미죠? space를 다 '\0'로 채우라는 의미 인가요?

    문자열 끝에 따라오는 빈칸들은 다 지우라는 얘기니까.. 뭐 맞네요 ㅎ

    문제의 test case에서 4 번째 5 5 0100001000011010110000010 이거에 대한 output이 4 HI HO 인데요. 그럼 "You should throw away any trailing spaces and/or partial characters found while decoding." 이 의미대로라면 output이 4 HI 가 되어야 하는거 아닌가요?

    trailing space 는 문자열의 가장 뒤에 붙어있는 스페이스들을 말합니다.
    "HI HO"에서 가운데 있는 스페이스는 그 뒤에 HO가 있기 때문에 trailing space가 아니에요.
    "HI HO " 라는 스트링이 있고 trailing spaces를 지우면 이 때에는 "HI HO"가 됩니다.
